Episode 09: The Inauguration Episode

In honor of Inauguration Day, Jaquelle and Sean spend this episode talking about politics and government – how we should think about government, what’s our responsibility as citizens, and if we should vote. We also talk about whether people in Canada actually say “eh,” why we love barbecue and hate Canadian bacon, and how nice everyone in Canada is.

5:59: We talk about what it’s like to live in Canada and debunk some stereotypes
15:25: What and how should we think about government?
17:43: What is our responsibility to the government?
23:42: How should young people think about voting?

I was doing the dishes while listening and consequently couldn’t hear very well; for a solid five minutes I thought you were saying ‘pagans’ instead of ‘Canadians’. Seriously though, thank you for this episode, the respect issue is quite convicting for this American!
