Episode 01: The Launch

Here it is folks (yes, Jaquelle, I said “folks”), the long anticipated first episode (after all, what is an episode 0 anyway) of the Age of Minority podcast. In this episode you will get to know the hosts of the podcast and you will hear a little about why we started this podcast and how it all came to be. Sidenote: You will also hear a teensy-weensy bit of static, but it only shows up every five minutes or so and only lasts for a second or two. Travis says it was him eating Rice Krispies in the kitchen while we were recording, but we are pretty sure it wasn’t 🙂 We are also pretty sure we have fixed the problem for when we record episode 02 and beyond. So enjoy the episode and let us know what you think in the comment section, or on Facebook or Twitter.

  1. I am so excited to hear the upcoming episodes!!! Can’t wait to see what God has in store for this! This is such a blessing 🙂

    1. Hey friend! So glad you enjoyed it! The intro is actually supposed to be a little “roboty.” It’s from an old recording of a sermon my dad preached years ago. But I appreciate your feedback. 🙂

  2. This is fantastic! You and your dad are hilarious 🙂 I am so excited for the next episode! God is going to use this for His glory, and I’m praying it will bear much fruit!

  3. I love Apologia Radio! I watch their YouTube channel. I do listen to Joel Osteen because I am a #charismaticforever LOL. But I have a decent number of Baptist friends and relatives so I love Baptists 🙂
I love the cat conversations. I would like to hear how you settled on the names Mr. Baby and Tubby.

In a future podcast, I would love to hear you talk about dating and romance (I think many of your teenage listeners would be very intrigued by that).

    1. Thanks for the comment, Audrey! Wow, you have a pretty diverse podcast listening range. We’re glad you love Baptists, even if you aren’t one. 🙂 We’ll definitely have to get into why we call the cats Mr. Baby and Tubby and (on a more serious note) dating and romance. Great suggestion!
