  1. This was spot on! Thank you for your words of wisdom, and humor. You guys were on you’re game, and the hilarity was through the roof! 🙂 Can’t wait for the next episode.

  2. Hey guys,
Great podcast, as usual! It seems like you are getting better and better at it the more you make! The message was really helpful. In the future, I think that you should do a podcast on difficult circumstances and how to keep your eyes focused on God, and how to deal with the circumstances. Thank you, and can’t wait until next week’s podcast!

I held a position on dating very similar to yours until recently. For me, the lack of scriptural direction for or against dating seems to me that this is a case of “eating food offered to idols”, it is neither forbidden nor encouraged, but believers are told to follow their conscience, use their best judgement, and avoid offending others if possible. I personally have decided to date because I do not have many examples of healthy romantic relationships in my life, and so I feel that in my case a good way to learn is to try to build a relationship that I think will be mutually beneficial with someone that I trust. In my opinion, as long as I am not in violation of any scriptural commands, I can have a healthy, fun experience with the opposite sex and a clear conscience.

    1. That’s an interesting position, Christina. I’m pretty sure we’re going to have to agree to disagree, but I appreciate you sharing your thoughts. It’s definitely a debated issue!
